This SG Launch Giveaway Agreement, hereinafter shall be referred to as the (“Agreement”), entered on the date of the first social post made by the participant, between Asian-Promotions, a brand owned by OMG, a company having its registered office at 1 TAMPINES NORTH DRIVE 1, T-SPACE, SINGAPORE 528559 , hereinafter shall be referred to as (AP) and the participant, hereinafter shall be referred to as the Participants. Collectively both may be referred to as (“Parties”).

Recitals

WHEREAS AP is offering Giveaway Promotions to the Participants selected from all Participants in return for a co-payment fee and three (3) tasks mentioned in section 1 hereunder.

WHEREAS Participant wish to enter this Agreement by adhering to the terms and completing three tasks and agrees to pay fee in order to win the Giveaway Promotions.

Now Therefore for and in consideration of the premises and the mutual promises hereinafter set forth and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, the parties hereto agree as follows:

1. Task: Participant agrees to follow the page of AP on Instagram through the link AP on IG; AsianPromotions and post the specified picture defined on this page; https://asian-promotions.com/launch-giveaway, on their Instagram newsfeed by tagging AP & their friends while using #AP. Participant, further agree to subscribe to newsletter of AP in order to qualify for Giveaway Promotions. It is understood that AP shall have sole right to determine the successful participant who shall be selected randomly from all Participants.


2. Miscellaneous: Participant agree that there will be no exchange on any Giveaway promotion items regardless of the value. Participant agrees to pay fee required at the time of delivery which will be pre-determined by AP on this page; https://asian-promotions.com/launch-giveaway. Successful Participants will be notified via DM and AP shall have no liability for a Participants's failure to receive Promotion items due to Participant's spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for Participant's provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information/address. AP shall only take responsibility for the delivery which are registered and insured. Participant agrees that Giveaway Promotion items shall not be offered for sale to any person including their friends and family. Participant agrees to use the Giveaway Promotion items within the period stated by the AP during the delivery, in the event Giveaway Promotion items are expired due to the Participant’s delay, AP cannot be held liable for refunds. Successful Participants grant OMG permission to display their image on this page; https://asian-promotions.com/launch-giveaway and AP’s social media accounts.


3. Legal and Binding Agreement. This Agreement is legal and binding between the Parties as stated above. The Parties each represent that they have the authority to enter into this Agreement.


4. Governing Law and Jurisdiction. The Parties agree that this Agreement shall be governed by Singapore law.


5. Entire Agreement. The Parties acknowledge and agree that this Agreement represents the entire agreement between the Parties. In the event that the Parties desire to change, add, or otherwise modify any terms, they shall do so in writing to be signed by both parties.

The Parties agree to the terms and conditions set forth above as demonstrated by the first social post made by the participant.
