Yes! This is probably the simplest tip I can offer. But it is not often done. We get caught up in the trap of looking at all kinds of different things. But if we pause for a moment, we will often realize that we are not giving ourselves enough credit. We are so focused on “doing life right”—meaning getting to work on time, making good decisions, and raising our kids—that we forget to just enjoy the moment. Just be yourself and enjoy things that you like instead what people will think about you.

Sometimes I will look at a picture of myself from a year ago and think, “How did I get here?” But then I will look at the same photo again and realize that I am not any different than I was then.
