30-Days Free Returns Your satisfaction is essential to us. If the product doesn’t meet your expectations or you change your mind, you can return your device for free. Please get in touch with our customer service team to receive your free return label. After 30 days since you received your order, we can’t offer any refunds. For pre-owned devices, you can return your undamaged device within 30 days after delivery for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be sent back in the same condition it was purchased, be free of any passcodes and iCloud/Google accounts as well as any software lock (iCloud/passcode/SIM Lock. etc.), and includes all accessories it came with. If there are obvious signs of use or the device was damaged after the delivery, no refunds will be granted, and we’ll send the device back to you. For Brand New devices, you can return your unopened & undamaged device within 30 days after delivery for a full refund. Please note that we only accept unopened and sealed devices in the original packaging. If the device was opened or damaged after receipt, we will grant you no refunds and send the device back to you.

Our styling attachments have been re-engineered with Enhanced Coanda airflow for increased control
- Coanda to curl: Create clockwise and anticlockwise curls with one barrel. Enhanced Coanda airflow attracts and self-wraps hair in both directions for voluminous curls or waves.
- Coanda to shape: Enhanced Coanda airflow attracts hair to the surface of our re-engineered brushes to shape your hair with increased control.
- Coanda to smooth: Dry, smooth and help hide flyaways with one multi-functional attachment. Two jets of air work simultaneously on dry and straight hair to smooth and perfect your end style, with up to 58% less frizz and flyaways.
