Seasonal Reductions Promotion - 1. As part of Harvey Nichols’ promotion, customers shopping selected Fashion and Food & Wine will receive 30% discount off the original price. 2. Applicable at Harvey Nichols across all locations in UK and Dublin in-store, and online across Harvey Nichols Hong Kong, international and UK websites. 3. Valid on selected Fashion and Food & Wine purchases only. 4. Exclusions apply. 5. The promotional period will start on Thursday 2nd May. 6. Harvey Nichols reserves the right to withdraw or amend this promotion at any time. 7. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts or offers or via other digital marketing channels. 8. Items sold in-store during the promotion are exempt from the Harvey Nichols standard returns policy and are exchangeable only. This does not affect your statutory rights. 9. An exchange will only be permitted if the customer provides a receipt as a valid proof of purchase along with the items in an unused and unworn condition. An exchange cannot be processed for an item of lesser value than the original purchase price, it must be for an item of equal or higher value. If higher, the difference in price is to be paid. 10. Exchanges onto a gift card are not permitted. 11. Returns are not accepted for partial or full refund under any circumstances. This does not affect the customer’s statutory rights. 12. In case of dispute, the decision of Harvey Nichols shall be final.
